Install the Muon Hunter program designed for the Raspberry Pi - we'll make it compatible in Step 3.

Then connect it to the Muonhunter. The AVR programming header is the standard layout.
Warning. The screen will not work while you are updating the program on the microcontroller. The reason for this is that it uses the same SPI as the programming interface. This is considered normal operation.
Change the serial number in the MuonHunter.h file to your serial number (Yep should be in EEPROM, oops.)
